At Grounded Flow Yoga and Meditation, I work from a place of intuition, conversation and the utilization of crystals and oracle cards when creating a session that is unique and custom based on your needs and desires of what you are wanting to achieve and seeking. 

No two people are the same, therefore, what two people will greatly benefit from cannot be the same.

When you book a session with Grounded Flow Yoga and Meditation, you will receive a service that is wholly dedicated and unique to you and where you are at in life.

All Individual / Private Classes are custom designed for the client.

Small group sessions are available with a maximum of 5 people per session to enable a high quality service with complete dedication to those in attendance.

When booking a small group session use the Individual / Private option and email Linz at yoga.groundedflow@gmail.com or contact via call or text on 0431 744 019 advising of the numbers attending with a maximum of 5 people and an updated invoice will be sent to the clients email.

An additional cost of only $30 per person will be payable when making a small group booking, this is an affordable yet still high quality service at a cost where you can split the final cost with friends while still reaping the benefits of a session that is unique to the group and the individuals.

All classes are held in your own home where I bring everything to you, all bookings must be within the Wollondilly Shire local area.
